游彩 (Yusai) // The conclusion of 游彩 (Yusai): “水屑となりて (Mikuzu to Narite)”

游彩 (Yusai) was actually created by the four remaining members of the band ジン (ZIN) after vocalist 唄 (Riku) suddenly withdrew from the band without any prior notice. In order to not have to cancel any shows guitarist Luy (now 雨音 類 (Amane Rui)) dropped his position as guitarist and took the stage as a replacement

游彩 (Yusai) // The sound of “雨” (Ame)

After their powerful first release “アイラク偽心” (Airaku Gishin) 游彩 (Yusai) are already following it up with their second single. While the first single very much had a feeling of “fire” all over it, this second single has a calmer approach. And like the name already suggests, the inspiration

Unfortunately 唄 (Riku) decided to step down from his position of vocalist last minute before a live performance, resulting in Luy taking

ダウト (D=OUT) // “We draw inspiration for our songs from each other.”

I have a bit of a confession to make with this interview. This interview is actually heavily backdated, as it was not posted in 2010 originally.
In fact, this interview was done before Arlequin even launched officially. At this point in time I was still a student, which means that the questions aren't the same depth as they would be today.

Regardless, I did want to share this interview with you, since ダウト (D=OUT) were so incredibly nice and helpful, and they even liked the reason this interview was created in the first place. So, here you have it. Arlequin's very first interview, before it was even an official project!
