Dio ~Distraught Overlord~ was a ヴィジュアル系 (Visual Kei) band based in Tokyo. Their music goes in the コテ系 (Kote Kei), コテオサ系 (Koteosa Kei) and ラウド系 (Loud Kei) subgenres, but also made use of a gothic, metal and rock sound. They started their activities in 2006, and initially disbanded in 2010, but had a one-time-revival tour through Europe in 2016.

During their “One-time-revival European Tour 2016” Dio ~Distraught Overlord~ stopped at MTC in Cologne on April 12 to play their show for the fans who had been waiting outside for most of the afternoon already.
