Information
BURN WOUND was started in Tokyo in 2020 as a metalcore band, but the lineup soon changed due to the departure of some of the members, leaving only vocalist yu-to and drummer wataru.
In October of 2021 皇 (Kou) joined the two remaining members, but in March of 2022 the lineup was once again changed to a full band thanks to Daisuke joining as a second guitarist, and フータ (Futa) as the new bassist.
While each member of the group has a different genre, they don’t see this as a limitation. Instead it’s something that makes them unique, and while they’re currently active as an “extreme metal band” they also incorporate other genres like Djent in their work.
