After their performance at Otakon in the United States Mikaru, the man behind G.L.A.M.S, decided that there has to be another live performance, but this time it will be one that is available to attend from all over the world rather than just one country.
There’s one catch though, it will be an online
雪 (Yuki)
She originally started the project in 2009 as a photographer under the name of Arlequin Photography, but developed an interest in journalism and translation ever since. Because of these interests interviews and reviews were added to the project, until it eventually hit the limits as a "photographer" in 2021, and Arlequin Magazine was added to the mix.
雪 (Yuki) is a native Dutch speaker with a graphic design degree, which means she is also the main person behind Arlequin Creations.
After all these years she is still the main person who does interviews the interviews and live photos that you see on Arlequin, but also a large chunk of the reviews and behind-the-scenes work and communication goes through her.
She speaks Dutch and English on a native level, but also understands Japanese and German.

浅葱 (ASAGI) // Japanese folklore in a musical format through “斑 (Madara)”
In the ヴィジュアル系 (Visual Kei) world the name “ASAGI” probably immediately makes you think of the vocalist from the popular band “D”, and even now you wouldn’t be wrong. But today we’re not going to talk about D, but about some of ASAGI’s other activities.

3470.mon // “I started Visual Kei because I thought Visual Kei was the opposite”
Before we get to the actual contents of this post, we have to do a little bit of an introduction first. Since we’ll be doing something a little different than usual… The following interview was not conducted by us here at Arlequin Magazine, but by オザキケイト (Ozaki Keito) in late August of 2021.
Clownus // “Call us clowns all you want, we’ll still do our own things”
The name “Clownus” is probably as much of a new name for you as it was for us, despite the band being around since 2018 already. As the title implies, this group very much does their own things at their own pace.
But who exactly are Clownus? Well, let me give you a very quick introduction before I let the band
縁 (Enishi) // Connecting the past with the future
Perhaps you’ve seen word going around about this small project on Twitter, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this managed to sneak by you entirely either.
縁 (Enishi) was originally intended as a one-time-only session band lead by SUI, existing out of former members of Megaromania,
