It’s been a little while since we’ve last seen a release coming from Schwarz Stein (since their previous release was “Pandemonium”, a single that was released in July of 2021), but the duo – existing out of Kaya and Hora – have announced that their new album “DEMIGOD” will be released on October 10, 2024.
When initially writing this news post we couldn’t tell you much about the release other than the date it would be shared with us listeners, but in the meantime we can tell you a lot more.
The album exists out of 12 tracks, and was initially only available at the live show planned for October 14 and in Mexico at Harajuku Shiba. However, as of January 2025 the album is also available for mail order within Japan through Kaya’s official webshop KFS, but there is also a proxy service listing at CDJapan for everyone who cannot make use of this method.
However, the version that’s available at the live show on October 14 also contains a 6-tracks remix CD titled “DEMIGOD -another dimension”, which features remixes for the tracks “Blanc dehors”, “Addictive Epicurean -DEMIGOD-”, “ANIMA”, “fixer”, “THRONE” and “LOVER”.
To keep everything neat and tidy, we’ve summarized all the information for you below, starting with the live shows and after that some information about the album and bonus CD themselves:

雪 (Yuki) is the owner and driving force behind Arlequin.
She originally started the project in 2009 as a photographer under the name of Arlequin Photography, but developed an interest in journalism and translation ever since. Because of these interests interviews and reviews were added to the project, until it eventually hit the limits as a "photographer" in 2021, and Arlequin Magazine was added to the mix.
雪 (Yuki) is a native Dutch speaker with a graphic design degree, which means she is also the main person behind Arlequin Creations.
After all these years, she's still the one responsible for the interviews and most of the live photography you see here at Arlequin, but the majority of reviews and behind-the-scenes work is also done by her.
The reviews she writes are from the viewing point of an overseas fan, and thus written in English before being translated to Dutch, Spanish and Japanese. In the English versions she also tries to explain the meaning behind certain kanji or song titles to the readers, but what you don't see here is that these explanations are omitted in the Japanese versions in order to appeal to these readers more.
She speaks Dutch and English on a native level, but also understands Japanese and German.
