摩天楼オペラ (Matenrou Opera) have announced the release of their new live Blu-ray “17th Anniversary Live 2024.5.4 LINE CUBE SHIBUYA”, which was recorded at -you’ve probably guessed it already- during their 17th anniversary performance held at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA on May 4th’s of this year. The release date is set for September 25, and the price is ¥10,000 (tax included, shipping not included).

The release exists out of one Blu-ray disc and a CD, of which the Blu-ray disc contains the entire live show as well as the bonus documentary footage, and the CD will be an audio version of the performance, but not all songs are included. The box set also contains a sticker and a 16-pages photobook.

Much like their previous releases, the Blu-ray is available as a pre-order through their very own webshop, but you need a Japanese address and bank account to place an order.
Non-Japanese fans have nothing to fear however, since CDJapan also offers a proxy service for this release.
For orders placed between August 4 and August 18 a pre-order bonus of 5 unreleased artist photos will be included with the order. (This also applies to the proxy service!)

雪 (Yuki) is the owner and driving force behind Arlequin.
She originally started the project in 2009 as a photographer under the name of Arlequin Photography, but developed an interest in journalism and translation ever since. Because of these interests interviews and reviews were added to the project, until it eventually hit the limits as a "photographer" in 2021, and Arlequin Magazine was added to the mix.

雪 (Yuki) is a native Dutch speaker with a graphic design degree, which means she is also the main person behind Arlequin Creations.
After all these years she is still the main person who does interviews the interviews and live photos that you see on Arlequin, but also a large chunk of the reviews and behind-the-scenes work and communication goes through her.

She speaks Dutch and English on a native level, but also understands Japanese and German.
